Creating contrasting collar peaks

Cut a corner from the top layer of the collar.
Cut each end the same.
Add the contrast fabric, making sure the grain is running the same as the collar.
Stitch across with a minimal seam.
Use the pattern piece to trim.
Press and top stitch.
Iron on fusible interfacing.
Sew collar pieces together.
Press.
Completed Collar.
Another style with no peaks.
